Russell G. Campbell was born at Kingston, Jamaica, W.I. and moved to Canada as a teenager. Following a career in business, Russ retired and lives with his wife, Denisé, in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, where he spends his time researching and blogging at Russ Campbell’s Blog. His other interests are photography and graphite pencil drawing.
